This is a conventional soil treatment where we create a chemical barrier in the soil that is toxic to termites. To achieve termite control for long periods of time, such termiticides must be applied as a continuous barrier in the soil next to and under the foundation. Using specialized equipment, we inject the termite-stopping chemicals through drill holes and trenching around your home's foundation.

Treated-Zone Termiticides are the newest form of termite treatment. As termites penetrate the “treated zone,” they contact the active ingredient in the termiticide which they pass to other termites, causing the colony to die off. Bait technology uses wood or a cellulose matrix favored by termites that is impregnated with a slow-acting toxic chemical. We install bait stations underground in the soil around your home and termite workers feed upon the bait and transfer it to other colony members. This is often a slower approach to get rid of termites as the chemicals in the baits are slow-acting, but it is highly effective when the bait stations are properly monitored.
