"I had a rental that I was afraid had termites. I decided to go with All Country because they had a 5 star review. I was a little nervous because 10 years ago we did have an issue and it cost us $900 to fix it. Anyone could easily come out and convince me I had a termite issue whether or not we did. James Raifsnider kindly came out and did an assessment for us. This was his reply: "The damage at the top of the basement stairs is not from termites, but rather a wood boring beetle. The damage appears to be old, and I am not recommending treatment at this time for that issue." He charged us absolutely nothing to come check it out for us.
